Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?
In Nevada, you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral for up to 30 days of treatment. After that, a referral may be required depending on your insurance plan.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI reports), a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
How long is a typical physical therapy session?
Initial evaluations typically last 60–75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 45–60 minutes. All sessions are one-on-one with Dr. Jackson.
